Amonthly bonus is paid to students with disabilities based on the classification approved by the Special Committee for Persons with Disabilities, whereby a monthly bonus of (5240) riyals is paid to the student classified in the first grade and an amount of (1500) riyals is paid to the student classified in the second grade, noting that the student must submit a medical report to the Persons with Disabilities Unit to complete the procedures for disbursing the bonus

How much is the monthly bonus and how many semesters is it spent?

Diploma students in scientific specializations are paid (1000) riyals per month, and students in theoretical specializations are paid (1000) riyals per month. Its amount is (900) riyals for two academic years for master’s students and three academic years for doctoral students. (1000) riyals per month, and for theoretical college students (850) riyals per month, according to the college’s study plan. (850) riyals per month according to the college’s study plan. What is the reason for the interruption of the monthly bonus?

The reason may be the lack of a study schedule for the student, or exceeding the regular period of study. Also, one of the reasons for stopping the monthly stipend is postponement or apology for study

Does the monthly bonus stop during the dismissal or postponement period?

Yes, the reward is cut off, and is not compensated for in the event of an apology, so that the apology is counted within the regular period for disbursing the reward, while postponement is not counted within the regular period for disbursing the reward, and the termination of postponement is compensated for by an additional semester

Can I recover the amount deducted from the student fund after the end of the award or graduation?

No, you are not entitled to claim the amount deducted from the student fund

When do I get the excellence reward?

A bachelor’s student receives a reward exceeding (1000) riyals, which is automatically deposited in the student’s bank account, when he obtains a semester average of (4.50) or more for two consecutive semesters during the regular period for disbursing the monthly reward, provided that the semester is not repeated more than once

The availability of applying for student aid is announced at the beginning of each semester, and the student goes to the Student Rewards Unit and the Student Fund to apply, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The student must have a regular bachelor’s or diploma degree.

2. Discontinuation of the monthly bonus.

3. Print the academic schedule and bank account number.

How can I apply for hourly work benefits?

The availability of applying for student aid is announced at the beginning of each semester, and the student goes to the Student Rewards Unit and the Student Fund to apply, provided that the following conditions are met:

1. The student must have a regular bachelor’s or diploma degree.

2. Commitment to agreed upon working hours.

3. Hourly work for (50) hours during the month.

How can I rent a safe deposit box?

By going and inquiring from the storage officer at the Services, Housing and Service Locations Unit about the available storage, then specifying the type of subscription and depositing the value of renting the safe (80 riyals for the annual subscription and 45 riyals for the quarterly subscription) and bringing a printed deposit slip to receive the safe

Who is responsible for lost and found items within the university?

The Deanship of Student Affairs is the body responsible for receiving and delivering lost items within the university. When a student is missing for a material or material purpose, the student is directed to the Services, Housing, and Service Locations Unit of the Deanship of Student Affairs Agency for Student Services, and a report is submitted. When the Deanship finds the missing person, the student is contacted. No, the unit serves everyone who has chronic diseases, such as diabetes, epilepsy, cancer, multiple sclerosis, anemia of all kinds, and other diseases

What is the reward for people with disabilities and how can I apply for it?

It is a reward paid monthly to students with disabilities based on the classification approved by the Special Committee for Persons with Disabilities.
