Student Allowances and Student Fund
The unit is concerned with the financial affairs of university students by organizing the mechanism for disbursing student allowances to students who are entitled to them according to the system and allowances for persons with disabilities, completing the procedures for postgraduate allowances, and solving the problems facing male and female students in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
Services of the Rewards Unit and Student Fund
1. Regular disbursement of monthly rewards to university students at various levels to those entitled to them with ease. Ease.
2. Disbursing the excellence bonus to university students and depositing it to those entitled to it on the specified dates. 3. Disbursing bonuses for people with disabilities and depositing them to their beneficiaries on the specified dates.
4 Disbursing graduate student allowances and depositing them to those entitled to them on the specified dates.
5 Solving financial problems related to the disbursement of the allowance facing the student in cooperation with the relevant authorities. Relationship.
6. Supporting the student financially by providing financial aid to the eligible student to help him/her Overcoming the financial circumstances he faces.
Monthly rewards Conditions for obtaining the monthly rewards
1. The student must be Saudi, have a Saudi mother, or have a foreign scholarship.
2. The student must not be employed.
3 The bonus is disbursed during the regular period of the student’s college.
4. Register the study schedule
5. Registering the bank account number (IBAN) for the student’s account in the Saudi National Bank. Odes Educational Services System.
Reasons for stopping the monthly rewards
1. Failure to register the academic schedule.
2. The period of an apology for studying, which is done after registering the study schedule. It is calculated within Regular bonus disbursement. Bonus and no compensation.
3. Postponement (which usually takes place before registering the academic schedule) is not counted within the regular period. The bonus is exchanged and compensated.
4. Exceeding the regular study period.
Excellence Reward
The undergraduate student receives a reward of (1000) riyals, which is automatically deposited into the student’s account when he obtains a semester average of (4.50) or more for two consecutive semesters during the regular period for disbursing the reward, provided that the semester is not repeated more than once
People with Disabilities Bonus
A monthly bonus is paid to a student with special needs based on the classification approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, so that a monthly bonus of (5240) riyals is paid to a student classified in the first class and an amount of (1500) riyals is paid to a student classified in the second class, and is paid to regular students, provided that the student is not within a paid study system. The student must submit a request to pay the bonus to the People with disabilities Unit at the Deanship of Affairs.
Student aid
In the event of a university student’s monthly stipend being discontinued and there being a financial need, he or she can submit an application. The student can obtain hourly job opportunities within the university if the following conditions are met:
1. The student must be a regular bachelor’s degree holder.
2. The student’s cumulative GPA must not be less than 2.7
3. Monthly rewards interruption.
4. Working by the hour for a maximum of (50) hours per month.
4. Register a study schedule and attach the bank account number.
Hourly Work Allowance
The student can obtain hourly work opportunities within the university when the following conditions are met:
1. The student must be a regular bachelor student.
2. The monthly allowance is discontinued
3. Commitment to the agreed upon working hours
4. Working by the hour for a maximum of (50) hours during the month
5. Attaching the academic schedule and bank account number.
