The unit is concerned with strengthening university and national cultural identity, introducing students to their university duties, and providing them with the necessary consultations. It seeks to create a supportive climate for student rights based on legal foundations within the university, and to inform them of their university rights and how to obtain them through official channels within the university.
Services of the Investigations and Student Rights Unit:
1. Providing academic and non-academic consultations to address the difficulties that students may face during their educational journey.
2. Receiving students’ academic and non-academic requests and complaints and working to resolve them in accordance with the university’s rules and regulations.
3. Informing students about their university rights and how to obtain them by resorting to official channels within the university within the framework of established mechanisms.
4. Approving the principle of fairness and justice in a way that helps create a sound university environment in which rights are preserved and values and morals are observed, which will bring good to society.
5. Supporting students’ rights on grounds that are compatible with the university’s rules and regulations.
